This place is a nightmare. Multiple buildings are infested with raccoons, mice, and squirrels. Maintenance has bought off the " exterminator "- this was caught on video, repeatedly. A resident was feeding the raccoons/ squirrels- illegal in PA, but because she's buddies with the manager, nothing was done.The grounds are disgustingly dirty. The " garbage receptacles"have leaves a foot deep. Mice live in there all year round. The parking situation is tight, but, management allows multiple vendors to leave vehicles and equipment in prime areas for days at a time instead of having vendors park in the overflow lot. There are holes in the roofing, and the manager repeatedly says," We' ll Fix it when the weather breaks"- since June of 2019, this has been the story. People have non working washers, dryers, and dishwashers- never to be fixed! If you want a hot shower, you have to turn off the heat/ air for 20 minutes. They've installed a system that the water runs thru pipes to heat/ cool your unit. Usually a HVAC system like this is found in Florida. The windows are useless- soaking wet every morning , year round. Multiple residents of different buildings are banding together to have units tested for black mold. To break your lease is 2 months rent and loss of your security deposit. Denial of renewal of leases , without explanation, is a common occurrence . Karen the manager is a habitual liar. There is never any communication from the office if a repair is cancelled. People have taken off of work to be available when repair people show up- only to have no shows/ no communication. The office never checks back to see how a " repair " is. A neighbor had mice, so maintenance set down glue traps. A week later, the resident called the office to say, nothing caught on the glue traps, but an increase in mouse feces. The office response? " You must be mistaken. If there were mice left, they'd be stuck on the glue traps". Stay as far away from here as you can. Rent costs are exorbitant, buildings are being destroyed by raccoons
