Review content:
The work went great at first. They installed a new sewer line & all went well. A 5 star job to begin with. Everyone esp Joesl, went the extra mile in getting my problem identified & fixed. From the ladies on the phone lines to the techs all were great. Now 3 months later, I feel like I've been abandoned & let down. I have a long hole in my yard over part of the sewer line. They came out, looked & said it was just settling. Then I was told they don't cover settling, see contract, & even rudely told, they don't do landscaping. Well I think a hole about 8 feet long & about 2 feet deep is more than settling & I wasn't asking for landscaping, but help. Especially since it's not over the whole line where the sewer line was replaced. I think it was a bad fill job on that end, but I could be wrong. Anyway I've gotten no response to my complaints, & I'm going to have to call another company now to get it fixed. So its going to cost me more. I won't use them again even though they were so great to start with & I wish I could.
