The people at Advanced boiler repair are amazing! Chris and his family run a good business that loves to work for you. Had a whole new outdoor A/C and indoor furnace with observer thermostat and humidifier put in. Guys who did install were super nice and professional. Had a couple things that needed taken care of after install and they came right out and fixed them and touched things up. Had never heard of Comfortmaker brand that they installed but must say, I am impressed so far and have had system for about a month. They installed a 2 stage outdoor 17 Seer unit and a 2 stage VT 96 indoor furnace. The unit is very quiet. My little 50pint dehumidifier is much louder than the furnace now. We can sit out on the patio in the evening as well and actually have a conversation and not have to listen to that old 10 Seer Bryant unit that came with the house. Glad I spent the money on the Observer smart thermostat. Can control everything via wifi if I want or just use the touchscreen unit. The HVAC system communicates together with the thermostat. Can also have tighter control over humidity with this thermostat too. Once the thermostat reaches the temperature set point (say 72 deg), it will still cool down another couple degrees to help get as close as it can to the humidity set point. Good for those days when humidity 90%. Will be really handy in winter with the installed Aprilaire humidifier. This system works better than my old boiler system at cooling house overall. Glad I spent the money and glad I had Advanced boiler repair in Denver do the job. Also forgot to mention that Comfortmaker gives 10 yr no hassle warranty on major parts on this system as well as 10 yr standard limited warranty and Advanced Heating and AC registered everything for me and keep it on record so I don't have to worry about it. Awesome!
