Rarely will I endorse a business or a service, but this company far exceeded my expectation during a recent hot water heater failure in the middle of the night at my home while I was away. Although they were HQ'd in western Suffolk, they arrived within an hour and worked from 9 PM to 2 AM mucking up water, removing boxes, and furniture, rugs, installing dehumidifiers and fans, pretty much unsupervised. They returned the next day, again unsupervised to do the final cleanup. There were lots of moving parts removing the two rugs and horsehair undermats because of the placement of shelving and furniture. Since I wasn't able to travel to the premises, I had to rely solely on their professionalism and honesty. They communicated with me frequently and made me feel confident that the job was being done correctly. Upon returning home, my suspicions were confirmed. So for any job that involves, water, fire, smoke or mold, I highly recommend Restoration 1 -Water Damage Experts.
