I would recommend Unique Indoor Comfort to anyone looking for HVAC solutions. Their prices are competitive. Everyone I dealt with--Mike P, who consulted on the best solution on replacing a mini-split system for my small row house; Wes, lead installer, and Xavier, Mariano and Son, installers; Frank P., senior service technician; Mike F. scheduler; and the office staff, was friendly, considerate and professional. The installation team worked incredibly hard. But what really sets this company apart is honesty and integrity. There were some problems that required reconfiguring the system and caused the job to go over budget, but I was charged not one cent more than the estimate I'd accepted. Because of the pace of the work, a few details remained unfinished at the end of the job. Frank P. fixed everything up and provided detailed information on how the system works. Many reviews say everything went well and was great. For me what sets Unique apart is total commitment to taking ownership and solving problems, large and small when they occur.
