My fiancé and I walked in for our couples massage and were completely overlooked. The women at the front desk (don’t know if she is the receptionist or owner) did not acknowledge us. She was talking to one of the employees at the spa when we walked in. We stood clueless for a couple minutes and then she told us to “sit down”. The massages were actually great. Very comfortable and relaxing. After the massages the receptionist was very aggressive and rude about tipping. We are pretty generous with our tipping, we did more than 25% of the cost for the massage. She was rude, distasteful and had awful customer service. She made the experience way worse than it could have been.
