Having already been to sonamedspa in Huntersville once, and being pleased with the results-I was looking forward to my next appointment. It had be booked for a month. I taken the entire day off work for this appointment, and travelled over an hour I was 15 minutes away from the facility when I received a phone call from a staff member to inform me that Kay had come to her and told
her to call me to inform me she would be with someone else. She said I could see a nurse that Kay had recently trained. This was followed by... Is that alright. When I replied no-then I was given
the option of rescheduling my appointment. Of course I declined. Turning the car round and driving an hour home on a Friday and losing $400 pay taking a wasted day off from work I feel is extremely unreasonable. I'm sure sonamedspa charge
people for cancellations. Unacceptable. Unprofessional.
