I own 32 rental properties in Pueblo & Colorado Springs. I had been using a carpet cleaning company in Pueblo for the last 6 months but their work got worse every month. I called a few other companies to get some prices and hopefully find someone that would do good work for a reasonable price. The first 2 companies each cleaned a unit for me and the work was terrible. Looked like nothing had been cleaned at all. I called Pink's and the guy said he would come out and clean over the other two companies at no charge to show me what Pink's can do. I was amazed. No joke. He cleaned both units for me and told me to wait a day and let him know how they turned out. I did as he asked and the next day I went back after I made sure the carpets were dry, even though it only took about 4 hours for them to be completely dry. Anyway, the difference between what the other companies did and what Pink's did was HUGE!!! Not only did Pink's get the carpet so much cleaner than the other companies, they made it look almost new again. I was so happy, I made them my regular carpet cleaners for all my properties in Colorado Springs & Pueblo.
I had Pink's do some carpet repairs & carpet cleaning on another unit I had in Pueblo and again, was not surprised when it looked new again. If you're looking for quality, then call Pink's. If you want a cheap price, then you get what you pay for and there are plenty of cheap carpet cleaners in Pueblo & Colorado Springs that you can choose from. Don't make the same mistake I did and hire because of a cheap price. You really do get what you pay for and if want quality, stay away from the cheap carpet cleaning companies because you'll just end up paying twice and be kicking yourself for wasting money with another company. I know, that's what I did, so do yourself a favor and choose a carpet cleaning company based on their online reviews and not on their price. I will never use another company because they do crap work that they don't guaranteed and Pink's make them look like fools.
