Our experience is over all a very good one. We love our house and the craftsmanship is very good.
There are lots of trades and workmen who build a house. Be patience, so far Insight has taken care of our after Move in issues well with a few more to be resolved.
I don’t care who builds your house, you will always have a few problems that need attention after you move in. What’s important is how the builder handles these issues. Stay proactive, patience, courteous. Go as much as you can to scheduled inspections. It’s a long drawn out tiring process. Building a new house is, No getting around it. We have found the Insight staff we have dealt with to be attentive and engaging. I’ve been in the construction industry most of my life and seen a lot of the good and the bad.
I would not hesitate to build another home.
