Dan was so knowledgeable about everything associated with removing bats and about house / construction issues etc. He was amazingly skillful with a huge long ladder and could juggle multiple things way up in the air. He went way up there on both sides of my house to check things out. He was very pleasant and I enjoyed talking with him. I feel confident he will get my bat problem fixed and regard him as a very capable and knowledgeable representative for Critter Control.
