2 stars because the apartment itself is fine. And there is one lady in the leasing office that seems to know what she is doing. I have been given lease renewal paperwork with incorrect information on it, my rent check was lost and it took an argument and demanding corporate number to clear their mistake up. They call themselves low income, but thats just a cute buzz word. I pay 1115 for a 1bdrm.. pretty sure thats market rate seattle. Im all about a "low barrier" complex, so its not even the other renters here that bother me. I moved to aurora, what did i expect. But i did expect a place approved to be low income to actually help me fairly and not harass me for 2 leases. J cant afford to move out, because this place keeps upping my rent by nearly 75-100 dollars.
