2 hours ago I have never in my life experienced such awful handling of customers in my life. It seems every time I called someone was annoyed at something with no insight into what was going on with my car until I got angry. At tone point I was getting told two completely different things. They forgot they even had my car. One girl couldn’t even find my car or name in the system, that was delightful. Then they called saying the part came in so I gave them the green light to go through with the repairs only to come find out that the part was not ordered and would be arriving 3 days after they originally said. It took them two more days after having the car for 13DAYS to fix it. THEN I COME TO PICK IT UP AND IT WONT START! Told me it was my fault for the battery being dead. Mind you that battery is less than 2 years old. I had to make them do a battery check. AFTER THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR 15 days! Let’s just say I will never in my life be coming back here for anything. And I will be letting everyone know . Ridiculous. Side note: just brought my Jeep down to the NTB on sunset and they knew immediately that something wasn’t right with this situation, immediately apologized for my inconvenience that JT’s have caused me because this should’ve “never happened and shows poor management” AND I CANT AGREE MORE.
