I bought a home from them and it was a service nightmare. They had a convicted sex offender come out to do work. They had to redo the backsplash more than once. The nails from the subfloor came up multiple times ruining or flooring thus they had to come out and redo the subfloor. They had a slow leak in a water line that ruined a portion of our finished basement evidently from a nail. The time it took for them to show was lengthy each time they had to come and finally the screen door and windows that they used are failing. I was so tolerant with them and sent them referrals as I really liked my sales person but I really got a lemon and their service is bad
