I was seeking a special jewelry option to give to my wife for our 15th Wedding anniversary. When I connected with Laynie I knew I was in good hands. She generously emailed me an array of options, followed up with a phone call and listed to the parameters I gave her. We kept on refining until she came up with the perfect solution - a beautiful and meaningful pendant that incorporated the traditional 15th anniversary elements (crystal and ruby) along with some unique touches I would never have thought to look for. All that done on time within my tight turnaround window leads me to give an enthusiastic A+ for service, knowledge and creativity. Thanks Laynie - you made me look good on our special day.
