Review content:
3 years ago I went to Kia Fairfield to purchase a 2016 Kia optima. The numbers didn't match up, I was dealing with Eric but it wasn't him it was the sales manager. So I went to Kia in East gate and they made the deal. So my lease is up I figured I set appointment in Fairfield again since its a lot closer to Ross than east gate. Mind you my main concern was that I wanted to keep my Kia optima if I had to pay any mileage because I loved my car anyways. # 1 concern.... Oh that's not a problem drilled that in Eric's head yes he was still working at Fairfield, and also when I did the signing the guy told me oh yeah no problem. You wont have to pay if they said you wouldn't. Needless to say I made the deal with Eric and left that night with a 2019 kia optima and put down 2k. Only reason I put down 2k since I didn't have to pay for my overage. East gate said if you trade in with any Jeff Wyler just make sure they don't charge you the mileage cause they can take that off. Well a month after my first bill for the 2019 I got a bill for 2,516.80 for taxes mileage and disposition fee. I called and got the disposition fee taken off from Kia finance. I then called Eric and he said he would have Nick Carr take care of it because he knew this was supposed to be in the deal. Nick was going on vacation said he would take care of it and call me back before he left in two days. He never called so Eric tried to get Travis to take care of it because Kia Finance kept hounding me saying it would go on my credit report. I have no late payments or no collections on my credit report and wasn't about to have one now. Millions of text from me and Eric he kept trying I felt bad for him. He knew I was screwed over. He knew that was my only way I would even consider getting the car. At this point after another month went by I got them to pay half so I was left with the 1090.80. Needless to say it took me 2 months before they took care of it and I had to call the general manager to finally get it taken care of. Im still dissatisfied that ..
