In Feb Shane, with Climatech Heating and Cooling, came out to perform winter maintenance on our system. I’ve used Climatech many years and have always requested that they assign a technician to our residence so that he will be familiar with the end to end system and know what potential issues to watch out for. In Feb 2019, Shane was assigned to us because the previous tech had been promoted. Shane was in no way “new” to the business. It was obvious that he is an expert in his field. He didn’t need to ask me questions. It was obvious and very reassuring that he is knowledgeable and proactive. I’m looking forward to his upcoming visit. I have a peace of mind knowing that he is overseeing our system.
