Review content:
Double windows in house all poured in water from top, where pieces should have been installed but were not. Morning room leaked in from door where they didn't finish underneath door. Three floods in house morning room, front bedroom, back bathroom and bedroom where tank busted on toilet, was cracked when they put it in and they wouldn't fix it. I had to pay for all new carpets, Garage floor has 1 1/2 inch crack and cracked ceiling directly above, they would not fix it, nor return any phone calls. Were no footers under morning room, they ignored me, called Kent County and they got it done. Composite deck that was to be put on in 30 days took 3 months and 46 phone calls. House has 183 nail pops and they will not agree to paint it with this overabundance of nail pops WHOLE HOUSE. Heat pump installed with a screw thru the wires, luckily I wasn't killed by fire, had to pay my own electrician to fix it, they ignored my calls. Kitchen floor flooded from toilet tank busting and shut off valves outside not under toilet. Foundation cracking outside and parging falling off. Siding taken off side of house to fix small windows leaking and all siding put up too tight and rippling, looks terrible, wouldn't return calls. Much more, not enough space. Front and back door hung crooked, back door leaks horribly, won,t fix it. Of course you can see they ignored us long enough for warranty to expire, except structural, which is garage floor and ceiling and foundation, but they would not respond to that either. WHAT A NIGHTMARE IT HAS BEEN AND CONTINUES TO BE.
