Must say, the best test of my new gas fireplace from H2Oasis was during the recent crippling February three day power outage from an ice storm in 45mph winds! Hearing that we have more ice storms on the way, I know we'll be ok! My remote wasn't performing correctly and I found out by calling H2Oasis that I needed to replace more batteries in the unit, not just in the remote. Scott calmly and cheerfully lead me through it. No blower working during the outage (because electric) but the flames were enough to take the chill off. So grateful to have it! It's lovely, efficient, clean and I couldn't be happier with the fireplace or H2Oasis. Thank you, Scott! We're enjoying it every day.
