My external back-up drive crashed, it was a devastating experience, lost more than 10 years of all my pictures and videos, as well as records of my business. I took it to the computer repair service I used for several years, they tried, but were not able to recover any of the data, they would send the drive to a national firm which was recognized as a reliable company with a price tag of up to $2000.00
I spoke to a friend of mine who recommended Edge Recovery, they were very professional and "up front" about what they could do, including estimates of various levels of recovering the data.
I left the drive, they contacted me the following day that they could recover everything for $ 375.00! Which they did within 2 days turn around.
