Rob and Tony were professional in appearance and in their dealings with me. They clearly explained what they would do during their visit. I noted that they prepared a laydown area for their tools by putting a tarp on the floor to contain any types of leakage or debris. The work that they did to weatherstrip doors to the crawlspace and cellar (both areas of significant inleakage) was well done, as was the application of foam sealant around the rim joist in the cellar.
Robert was able to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. Both Rob and Tony ensured that their respective work areas were clean of debris. They left the house as clean as it was when they arrived. The simple act of arranging and marking of all replaced light bulbs in a central location was appreciated.
