Dr Fixit sent out a couple texts and emails well in advance of my appointment last Thursday as a reminder, plus Robin in the office called me when he was on the way. Luke showed up within a matter of minutes of the beginning of my two-hour window. He was extremely professional, wore cloth "booties", and checked all my electrical/GFI concerns as well as checked the fire detectors. He also spent considerable time helping to determine why my electric (Traeger) grill keeps on tripping the GFI outlet on our deck (turned out it was not the GFI but faulty parts on the Traeger causing a short. All in all would have to give Luke/Robin/Dr Fixit five stars (out of five) on this encounter. Note: Since I have their maintenance plan, there was no charge for this visit.
