I find it extremely difficult to believe several of the negative and harsh reviews posted referencing Lakeview Mechanical Inc. Justin, Junior and the rest of the crew did an amazing job waterproofing my basement and installing a new sump pump. I would highly recommend them for their excellent service and willingness to work extremely hard. They were on time to the job, courteous, communicative, and made this experience effortless for me. They are extremely professional and protected my floors and carpets from dirt and debris. Their prices are extremely reasonable and much less then other contractors.They also did extra work at no extra charge. I am truly grateful for the beautiful and DRY basement they created. Nick repaired and put together 2 stairs that were removed during the waterproofing process. He custom built the 2 stairs and did an excellent job. He also reinforced the staircase which sounds amazing with no more noises when walking on them. Please do not base your decision to hire this company based on some of the negative reviews. This is by far one of the best companies I have dealt with.
