Billy Blackman who owns Dick’s Pools talks a big game to get you to sign a Contract allowing him to build the pool. After that, you get screwed with nothing but Country boy shuck and jive. He uses illegal alien subcontractors to do all the work. They could care less about quality control with the work product and Billy has an excuse for everything. All he wants you to know is that he has built pools for all the rich and powerful people in the Dunes Club and in Pawleys Island. Good luck getting him to come back and stand behind his work!
