They did the same thing to us. Their pick ups started getting later and later. We didn't know if they were going to pick up or not. When it would get to be 5 pm we would call it they would give ever excuse in the book. The last time we called we were told they would just send our money back. They obviously do not care about their customers. We were a customer for 15 yrs paying by the year. Doing customers like this is not right. U don't just leave good.customers high and dry. We have made arrangements for our pick up with less cost. Based on reviews here and the way they did us if u are a customer I would be looking for alternatives before it happens to you.
