On September 14th 2018 at 10:05 am, I was turned away because the repair shop was too busy. I went for a simple oil change. The Service Writer informed me that Fridays and Saturdays are their busiest days and if I could bring my vehicle in during the week. I informed him that I do not live around here and that I work. Also, I came out of my way because the Arlington Heights location was recommended to me by my Mother. It is a real shame that a reputable Automotive Shop turns a customer away for a simple oil change, because they are too busy. No wonder Jiffy Lube is still in business. I doubt, I will ever use Casey's services in the future, nor recommended them to any future clients. Hey, what do they care anyway, they are too busy.
