Review content:
I called two different well known companies and neither of them could get my main drain unclogged. Jon was sent out from Hydro-Rooters and worked relentlessly. After an hour he got the line open, showed me why it clogged and what to do to fix it permanently. I appreciate his expertise so much because we were able to get it temporarily fixed while we scheduled the excavation work needed. He also told me if it clogged before then, he would come out and snake it for free. That in itself gave me peace of mind and made me feel like a valued customer.
