Really baffled by this company. I was really happy to find them and had a great first experience. The two gentleman that delivered the glass were super-friendly and very customer-service oriented. I was also very happy with the glass. Come to my next delivery and we had a disagreement over the length that was requested. Since I don't have a car, I asked if they wouldn't mind picking up the glass when they were in the area. The woman on the phone became combative, told me that there is no way they could pick up the glass for several weeks. Keep in mind, they deliver in the area all the time and this is a very small piece of glass that needs one 6.5" cut. The woman stated over and over that it was my fault but in the same breath told me that she goes out of her way to help customers. I'm baffled. I had a nice relationship with this company and had wanted to use them again and had already recommended them to others. Why she wanted to ruin a customer relationship over something so minor I will never know. Now I have to take this piece of glass back to NYC on a bus to get cut - its a shame because this could have been resolve so quickly and easily and they could have had a very happy and thankful customer.
