The only reason I will not be continuing to go to Caseys is that I have moved out of the Arlington Heights area.
Caseys was honest, respectful, did not talk down and was most helpful and patient, especially in helping me to eventually get the dealership to replace my leaking transmission, even taking pictures of the leak for me and talking to the dealership. I only hope I can find mechanics like that in my new place of residence. I appreciate the pleasant experience in dealing with Caseys. U.N.
