I recently rented a vacation home through Surfside Realty. When trying to use the washer and dryer on the FIRST day, they were both broken and would not work. Our entire party packed lightly with anticipation of washing some clothes. We called the realty on the FIRST day and told them of the issue. We called every day and neither was fixed or even attempted to be fixed. Things that were advertised in the house were not there. We were totally disappointed. Will not rent from here again. I guess they don’t care about customers happiness.
