This place has the absolute worst customer service. Our insurance company had us bring our car here for a leaky sunroof repair. They told us that the part they needed wasnt made anymore. However they said that they sent out all the interior to get cleaned from water damage. This took about 2/3 weeks for them to complete. Then once we were finally able to pick our car back up we saw that they had broken two plastic pieces inside. The seat adjuster and another small plastic part, also the airbag light was suddenly on. They told us they would have to order the parts to fix it. We left our car with them only to have another week and a half go by with no update. Finally we said to give the car back and call us when the parts came in to fix it. We had to call them about 2 weeks later They told us the parts were in. When we brought the car back... it was the WRONG PARTS. THIS WAS IN THE WINTER. WE STILL HAVE YET TO HEAR WHERE OUR PARTS ARE. THE PLASTIC PIECES ARE STILL BROKEN. Meanwhile the leaky sunroof was never fixed because they told us the parts are unavailable/ discontinued. We brought it to dodge where they told us it was installed backwards, and they replaced it with a NEW ONE. Which is so strange since JJ said we couldn't get the part. They charged us a lot of money to "send out the interior for cleaning" when it really just looked like they shop vac'd it and left our car with damage. An extreme rip off, and a huge mess. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. NOONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND NOONE SEEMS TO HAVE ANY ANSWERS FOR YOU. AN ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
