Review content:
The technician was friendly and professional. He patiently addressed all my concerns, checking each one thoroughly. He explained in terms I can understand how some of the parts of the system are supposed to work and the reasons that could cause them to not work properly. I appreciated the time he took to educate me about the boiler and AC unit. He cleaned the units and made the necessary adjustments. Everything appears to be working as expected now.
