I had the pleasure of working with Brent Keeton on my case. Prior to our first in-person meeting, he conducted preliminary research on the details provided, and with a game-plan in mind. i would like to note this was within 72 hours of my charge.
We set objectives, and detailed what was required from my end with respect to supporting documentation, and character references.
My work required that the initial felony charge needed to be reduced within 30 days to a misdemeanor in order to maintain my employment. My initial court date was set 3 months following the charge. Brent, through tenacity, was able to secure myself a court date within this window, having met and discussed my case with the DA, which lead to the final desired outcome.
