Review content:
Paul G. and his son Zack came to check on my shower,
which was under warranty, from work that was done Nov. 2017. At that time a valve was replaced. The shower is of the "one handle shower faucet" style, where the turn off point is at the down position (6 o'clock). After removing the handle it was discovered that the plastic part that was to stop that handle was cracked, which was why the handle wouldn't turn off at the downward position. Paul and Zack went to their truck and was lucky enough to find a replacement piece made of aluminum, and it worked perfectively. But the handle was still loose. So they went back to their truck to see if they could find a suitable replace handle, as I told them I didn't care what it looked liked, as long as it functioned properly. Paul happened to find an old handle which was manufactured by Moen, which was the brand of my shower handle, and on top of that, it matched the brushed nickel of my shower. I asked Paul, how long he had that piece in his truck, to which he answered about a year! What are the odds of that? The shower works perfectly now. Paul is very knowledgeable about his craft, and passing it on to his son. I really enjoyed working with both Paul and Zack.
I have used Doctor Fix-It many times over the last 5 years, and will continue to use them in the future.
