After a traumatic car accident, I felt hopeless, scared and concerned that I wouldn't get back to my normal life as quickly as I needed with all the back pain I was experiencing. A family member suggested Jefferson Spine & Injury Center, since he had had a positive experience with them as well. Dr. Holcomb answered my call and eased my worries with a calm, patient voice of understanding and compassion; she suggested that I come in right away and made time for me in the midst of her busy schedule. I made the best decision in choosing to seek physical therapy and Chiropractic care at this office because as soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and welcomed by the staff into what felt like a new family.The doctors were meticulous about catering their care to my specific needs, rather than making me feel like any other patient on their schedule. The level of comfort provided to all patient's goes one step further with their clear commitment to the cleanliness, organization and use of state-of-the-art high tech diagnostic equipment to detect the severity of a person's injury. While some may consider this a small factor, every little detail makes a difference when you're experiencing as much discomfort as I was. Dr. M. Provost is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever encountered, which is saying a lot coming from me born with a congenital blood disorder. She and Delia (Dee) exhibited compassion above and beyond what their job title required and made sure I was getting the care I so desperately needed and moving towards the kind of progress that would allow me to get back to work and my regular lifestyle as quickly as possible. That said, they made my health their number one priority. I owe a huge gratitude to everyone who works here, from the friendly faces and voices at the front desk to the amazing professionals who conducted my treatment.
