Review content:
We have had Mark 3 times over a period of 6 or 7 years and thought he was very well informed about furnaces and safety. We value his expertise and recommendations. We have had both of our old furnaces replaced and one of our air conditioners. Most recently, Ed replaced one of our furnaces and an air conditioner. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about using our new furnace. Everything now works perfectly and we were glad that we chose Donmar. We also had one other worker and he was also excellent, but we didn't hear about a review for him.
