My experience with Perfect Home Services was confusing and I wouldn't recommend them to others. I called them because I needed to have my water heater repaired, and the fellow who came out was nice, but not helpful in a way that made sense to me. He was definitely congenial, and seemed to understand his work well, but the actual repair was troublesome for me because he gave me a long list of options for repairs (and the related pricing) that could be performed, depending upon what was wrong with it. It was kind of overwhelming, actually, and I was much happier with the second company I called because they explained things in a much simpler way and it was never on me to decide the next step of the process. Maybe the presentation of options is a normal thing for Perfect Home Services, and maybe others appreciate having the choice, but for me it was confusing and I didn't feel comfortable or trusting.
