Within 3 hrs of my call to Wallner Plumbing for service on the AC portion of my exterior HVAC system, Daren rolled up and started his diagnosis of the problem. The AC unit was no longer keeping up with rising summer time outdoor temps. He explained the process fully and quickly found the problem, which was resolved in less than an hour. Meanwhile, he gave me some really good homeowner's advice for routine maintenance that I can do as well. Before lunch the same day, my AC was working normally again and all for a very reasonable billing. Daren was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the unit, which I knew little to nothing about before hand. Excellent service all the way round.....and if a future problem develops (the unit is about 10 years old already) I will not hesitate to ask for him to check it out and help us resolve any issues with this unit. A very good service!!
