He's a fine, upstanding individual, if you like lazy, lying people that make up their own rules as they go. One of the biggest problems with this company is that management ignores rogue supervisors like this. He literally told someone that he would write them up for calling in sick so he wouldn't have to cover a site. He even tried to claim it was company policy. The person called well before the 4 hour rule and had missed only one day prior in the several years he had worked for this company. When the employee took this situation to HR, they told him that, Jerry was an area boss and he was just a nobody. Who do you think the company will side with? CBI is a joke. Jerry is a joke.
