I have enthusiastically recommended Budget Blinds to all of our friends and family. Not only have we received a quality product that has added so much warmth and beauty to our home, but Merv Epstein and his staff have gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We have received more than one phone call from Merv, months after installing our plantation shutters, to ensure that we are still happy with the product and verify that we have had no problems. When we were first in the market for our custom plantation shutters, we received multiple quotes from several companies, and read every article on the Internet. Budget Blinds was the clear choice then, and remains so now. The price was much lower than competitors, and the quality wasn't even a close race. Hands down, best purchase we've made for our brand new home, and the experience was phenomenal. Merv and his staff clearly care about their products AND their customers.
