Being the last one of my two sisters to get a face lift I had been a little hesitant over the years to follow in their footsteps. I just turned 69 and just retired. It was finally time to do something for myself and decided to at least take the first step by having a consultation with Sono Bello. Tawnee was so informative and explained all my options in order for me to make a decision on what would work best for me after discussing what I wanted to achieve. Dr. Hendrick has a comfortable and trusting chair side manner and was very informative on the different procedures. I felt very relaxed the day of surgery that I had made the right decision. Tanya has a very pleasant demeanor and was able to answer any of my questions. Vengie was a great surgery nurse and again very helpful and informative when preparing me for the procedure. The front reception area is also very professional, polite and Dillon was so helpful addressing my questions. It's a huge step for someone like me to change the face I've had my whole life. However I , along with my sisters, have no love loss for the infamous jowls we inherited!! It's only been a week since surgery and I am so excited for the final outcome. KUDOS to you all!
