My sister-in-law is waiting in Camp Verde for someone to pick her up. The driver picked her up on time, but the shuttle at Camp Verde did not show. She may or my not miss her flight at Sky Harbor. Ace was aware of her flight number and scheduled her pickup time. Their pickup time was very tight and made no allowance for delays especially those caused by Ace itself. This is the second time in a few weeks that Ace has failed to provide acceptable service. However at Christmas time Ace provided excellent service for our son and his daughter. It could be a excellent service if Ace could realize that they are a service business and the customer is not serving Ace.
