We have used Bob McCurdy for all repair work around our home for at least 25 years of the 35 years we have lived here.
Because we live near the ocean, Bob is very knowledgeable about the correct materials to use near our saltwater environment. Corrosion is our number one issue. We recently put our home on the market because we are retired and need to down size. The potential buyers Home Inspector asked who has been doing our repairs over the many years and commented on how beautiful the home has been kept by using good non weathering quality materials. We have been getting sales offer 20% greater than our asking price because of Bob McCurdy and his fine workmanship.
