We just purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze. We had an amazing car buying experience. Our salesman Ciprian Petculescu is a class act. Ask for him if you go in looking for a car! He is a hilarious guy. He was very informed on the car itself. There were some small issues with what the dealership could do versus what us (my wife and I) and "Cip" talked about. But what we were able to experience was a top down effort from leadership in the company to make it right. I was skeptical that the whole thing was a big scheme to raise the price a couple hundred dollars because I experienced things like that the last time we bought a car. But there is this transparency and openness that this dealership has that is unmatched. My hat goes off number one to Ciprian. And also to the team that helped us such as Nathan Syme and some sort of director of operations I can only say confidently as James. Nathan the finance guy educated us on the ins and outs of how dealerships in general make money and how to protect ourselves. If you go in and aren't afraid to ask questions I can guarantee you that they will make your experience a pleasant one. They did with us! All around, if you're skeptical of car dealerships and you're reading this like I don't buy it, you honestly just have to go in and see for yourself. Thanks again to Cip and the team. Give that guy a raise. Seriously
