Mike Green is the true definition of Professionalism.He is one of very few today that truly take pride not just in doing the job but how it's done.He arrived at our home in a timely matter,very polite.Mike took time to explain everything he needed to do before doing it.He even took time to educate me about my septic tank and what to look for in the future.Mike as a professional even made sure not to damage trees in my yard as he worked.It's the small things that truly matter as a homeowner.It was truly refreshing to be able to say we experienced EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.We pray Rooter PLUS knows what a great employee they have
