They didn’t pick up on hypothermia they killed my cat when They put her to sleep she screamed we asked the doctor why when we asked for Sedative, she gave us some stupid answer about neurological .. we later found out it meant the needle was not placed good and she felt a burning I called this place for 2 1/2 weeks to ask questions about my cat and to this day they have not responded they just hang up the phone this is the worst place I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here, but they took my money to not treat her . 4 hours later and still not in a warmer . These people don’t respond to consumer .. they ARE INSINCERE , incompetent animals
