Desert Suns Heating & Cooling Inc was recommended by a friend of mine who had used them many times, and they came out for me on a spur-of-the-moment problem. I had a problem with the furnace in my attic, which was not operating properly, as the air was not flowing freely. The guy came out and addressed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and very professional. I had asked for them to call before they came over, which they did. They were polite, and said what I needed to hear. They're not my regular plumber, but my previous one diagnosed my furnace with something completely wrong, which the guy from Desert Suns was able to fix. Even though it was after-hours, they still gave me their holiday discount, and did not take advantage of my situation. I appreciated that.
