I have ordered from this company for over ten years without incident-- this year was a different story.
Placed verbal order on dec 11 because the web site was not functional. To this day, I still have not received my order and they were business gifts for my husbands workers. I actually called 8 times within a two week period to try to figure out when the order would be actually prepared for delivery.
Several workers then told me that they thought I cancelled order and yet they had my credit card information in front of them- I had never cancelled order and if I did that information should have been shredded. Very disappointed and not sure I will order again. Clearly my loyalty as a customer means nothing
