Review content:
I was drawn in to the Tasting Room by their half price deals on Mondays. They have a quaint, classy atmosphere and an awesome selection of wines, by the glass, flight, or bottle. They also have a small food selection if you get there early enough, and a knowledgable staff to make good wine recommendations.
They lost me when they would not allow me to smoke my flavored cigarettes or cloves. I can kind of see the cloves, because of how the smell supposedly affects others' enjoyment of wines and such - but the flavored cigarettes don't smell any different than regular ones, which were allowed.
They were very snooty about that rule, and not very apologetic, which to me signals bad customer service. Plus, it's in the middle of nowhere, so they lose points on that too.
