Last month we purchased a 2000 Ford Expedition from this place. We loved dealing with them, and you can see from my reviews that I've dealt with a lot of shops. What I loved most about this place was how chill everything was. We found the car on the lot, and then found the sales person to test drive two vehicles (the Ford and a Suburban). We drove them and then decided to think on it overnight which was no problem. I repeat, NO PROBLEM. There was no ""so what can I do to get you in a car today?"" or ""BUT WAIT! What if we add _____?"" The next day my fiance went back and had the car inspected, which didn't bring up any issues. The negotiation process was painless, and he drove away with that car that night.
