Our service tech, Vu T. is a very competent and professional individual. He also has such a pleasant manner. We request Vu whenever it is time for our Summer or Winter inspections. Not only does he perform our inspections quickly and efficiently but takes the time to explain any issues or problems he encounters. Vu is also a great Comfort Control "company man." He often tells us about other service and product offerings that may be of interest. We have three HVAC systems. We replaced two of the combo heat (gas)/air systems in 2014 and we know that we are going to have to replace the remaining heat pump system in the near future. We will definitely replace it with a Comfort Control system and are using Vu's guidance in making that decision. Again Vu is a great tech and comfort Control is a great company.
